Throughout my Stanford career, I have been told many times that “to whom much is given, much is expected.” Participating in ACE will allow me to share my Stanford experience with others in a way that truly makes a difference, even across continents, while still in school. I have seen how education and athletics truly open doors and change the way you interact with the world, and I want to share that with others.”

As part of the ACE in China program, Jenna will contribute to the sustainable development of underserved communities through youth environmental education and sports while learning about conservation and preservation in Yunnan Province.

Jenna’s past experiences with service include participation in the Stanford Architecture Department Student Mentorship Program, Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, Stanford Women’s Gymnastics Team Leadership Council, and Grace Campus Ministries. With her team, Jenna has volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House and a Children’s Hospital in the local community surrounding campus.
