I want to experience life outside of my typical, limited scope. The ACE program is the perfect opportunity to encounter those with completely different experiences and to take a step back from the life of a student-athlete.
As part of the ACE in Vietnam program, participants will teach academics, sports and life skills to students at under-resourced middle schools in the Mekong Delta with the aim of encouraging them to prepare for higher education.
Reagan’s past experiences with service include representing her peers as treasurer of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC); membership in the Cap and Gown women’s leadership initiative; membership in the Catholic Community at Stanford; serving as Nutrition Intern for Stanford Residential and Dining Enterprises; serving as a board member of Mind Over Money, the on-campus financial literacy program; and involvement in the Stanford Project on Hunger.
