Current Programs

For Summer 2025, ACE is offering three international, in-person service programs. Programs vary in length from one to three weeks. Duke student-athletes will support community partner organizations in Costa Rica, Panama, and South Africa. Attend info sessions and meet n’ greets to learn more. ACE in Panama

1 week: May 4 – May 12, 2025

Student-athletes will plan and facilitate an after-school sports camp for youth in rural Panamanian communities, promoting leadership skills and teamwork among participants. Read more about ACE in Panama.

ACE in Costa Rica

2 weeks: June 14 – June 28, 2025

Student-athletes will engage in environmental conservation and sustainability efforts while supporting community development projects alongside local partners in Gandoca. Read more about ACE in Costa Rica.

ACE in South Africa

3 weeks: June 28 – July 18, 2025

Student-athletes will contribute to self-empowerment and sustainable development projects in Cape Town communities through educational workshops and supporting local outreach efforts focused on food security. Read more about ACE in South Africa.
