FALL 2025

Throughout Jan. – Information Sessions and Meet & Greet Events
Jan. 28, 12 noon EST – Application and coach endorsement deadline
Feb. – Application reading and interview period
Feb. 25 – Student notifications sent out, deadline for all accepted participants to have a current, valid passport (passport must be valid for 6 months past the first day of classes of the next academic year)
March 3 – Intent to participate due
April – May – pACE meeting and pre-program training
