In this video, you can learn more about All for Villages, one of the potential community partners in the ACE in Place: Thailand program. All For Villages is a non-profit organization established in the wake of the 2004 Tsunami in Thailand and is based in Phang Nga Province. They work in several different ways including providing education, healthcare and overall support for the community.

Shark Guardian is the community partner in the ACE in Place Thailand program. Their objective is to advance the conservation of sharks and the natural environment through conservation, education, research projects and expeditions.

A member of FED, one of the potential community partners in the ACE in Place: Thailand program, presenting a “Raising Awareness of Parents” education session in Phuket, Phang Nga Province. FED works to empower Burmese Migrants and their families in Thailand to achieve greater recognition of their rights by providing education, social services, and advocacy. The objective of the activity was to create a better understanding of children's rights and education-for-all policies and to raise awareness in parents and migrant workers of the value of their children's education and of their rights to that education.

Amanda De Normanville and Gary Monroe Soden are the founders of All for Villages, one of the potential community partners in the ACE in Place: Thailand program. Dr Wut, is an HIV specialist at Takuapa Hospital and is the only doctor in the area who works with Burmese HIV patients. Deuan is a Burmese interpreter who assists Dr Wut.

Pilar Silveyra, centre, is the founder and president of Mujer Peruana. Mujer Peruana is one of the potential community partners in the ACE in Place: Peru program. Their fundamental mission is the promotion, comprehensive development and training of Peruvian women.

In this image you can see some of the Ocean Pledge Partner Restaurants. Ocean Pledge is one of the potential community partners in the ACE in Place South Africa program. Ocean Pledge is an initiative that’s geared towards turning awareness into action, to shift the paradigms in perceptions and behaviors which contribute to our throw-away culture. Ocean Pledge is dedicated to making a difference to South Africa’s current status as the 11th largest contributor of marine plastic.

Zoe Biggs is the GVI Limpopo Program Manager. She will present the virtual wildlife conservation tour which may be one of the cultural immersion activities. In it she talks about the programs that she oversees and some of the day-to-day activities in the life of a conservationist and some of the key conservation issues in her field.

A Ywaste employees recycling non-organic waste. Ywaste is one of the potential community partners in the ACE in Place: South Africa program. Ywaste is a Social Enterprise which offers clients an opportunity to divert up to 98% of waste generated away from landfills.They recycle both organic and non-organic waste and their aim is to be the leader in waste management in South Africa, as they are the closest to a zero-waste model.

Masijonge Place, in the township of Nyanga, is one of more than 20 beneficiaries that SA Harvest donate to on a weekly basis. Shudufhadzo Musida, Miss South Africa 2020, engages with Victoria and other women who run the feeding scheme.
