On Saturday, November 16, Duke Athletics recognized the ACE program at the Duke vs Syracuse home football game.  During the game, ACE alums were invited to stand on Brooks Field in Wallace Wade Stadium to raise awareness about the ACE program and thank Duke fans for their support.  The ACE program, which is celebrating five years of service, is made possible by the generous support of Duke Alum, David Rubenstein. In addition, Duke Athletics donates a dollar of every ticket sale to support the program. The ACE program and alumni are grateful to the Duke fans for their support of ACE and this amazing opportunity for student-athletes.

Aaron Wright, ACE in Vietnam 2019 alum and member of the Duke Football team was one of the many ACE alums on the field during the recognition ceremony.  “Getting recognized for ACE during the Syracuse game was an awesome experience,” said Wright.  “So many of my teammates and coaches wanted to know more about my program and about ACE in general after I came back to the sidelines.”
