As part of the Duke in South Africa program, Oliver will assist with basic healthcare initiatives, activity-based education and teaching, light construction, and sports programs in the community of Nomzamo township near Cape Town.
Oliver’s past experiences with service include being a mentor for ACTION (a first-year student-athlete guidance and advisory program), and a Men’s Soccer representative for the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC).
