FALL 2024

• Oct. 23 – Summer 2025 programs and dates announced
• Dec. 4 – Summer 2025 ACE Application Opens
• Throughout Nov.-Dec. – Information Session and Meet & Greet Events

SPRING 2025

• Throughout Jan. – Information Sessions and Meet & Greet Events
• Jan. 29, 12 noon EST – Application and coach endorsement deadline
• Feb – Application reading and interview period
• Feb. 26 – Student notifications sent out, deadline for all accepted participants to have a current, valid passport (passport must be valid for 6 months past the first day of classes of the next academic year)
• March 5 – Intent to participate due
• April – May – pACE meeting and pre-program training

Summer 2025

• May – July – ACE summer programs take place (dates and schedules vary by program)
