Learn more about ACE 2025

Interested students are strongly encouraged to attend information sessions and meet & greets or stop by for drop-in advising before applying.

  • Info Sessions

Information sessions offer an overview of summer 2025 programs led by ACE staff and include a panel of ACE Ambassadors.

  • Meet ‘N Greet Event

    • January 15 @ 7:30 pm EST,  Wilson Classroom 18

The meet n’ greet provides an opportunity to meet program staff and ACE Ambassador alumni and ask program-specific questions about service placements and projects, daily schedules, cultural immersion opportunities, and the ACE application process. The event will start with a brief overview of the ACE program and general Q&A, followed by informal conversation and time for individual questions.

    • November 11 @ 5-7pm (Panama-themed dinner)
    • December 2 @ 5-7pm (Costa Rica-themed dinner)
    • January 16 @ 5-7pm (South Africa-themed dinner)

ACE staff and ACE Ambassadors will be at Training Table for themed dinners featuring meals from each program location. Come by the ACE table to learn more about 2025 programs.

Drop-In Advising

ACE Staff and Ambassadors can meet virtually or in person at any point. ACE staff will hold office hours for drop-in advising in the K-Center Monday afternoons, 1-4:30pm. Staff and ACE Ambassadors will be at Training Table to advise the following dates
