Participating in ACE in Costa Rica this summer is worth it to me because this may be the only opportunity I will ever have to visit Costa Rica or Central America. I am most excited about experiencing the Costa Rican culture and lifestyle, as well as meeting and interacting with the locals.
Will’s past experiences with volunteering and community engagement include a one-week service trip to a South Dakota reservation, Volunteering at Feed My Starving Children, and cleaning horse barns.
